Support

We provide support in the following ways:

  4. Messaging apps
  5. Zoom/Teams
  6. Remote access (with your permission)

We have support teams who are fluent in English, French, Spanish & Portuguese.
They are based in Nepal, Côte d’Ivoire, Nigeria, Colombia & New Zealand, so 24/7 there’s someone available to answer urgent queries.

Of course providing a good service costs something. We try to keep our support prices as reasonable as possible. By paying support fees you fund not just the time we spend helping you directly, but also the costs of maintaining a trained team – think of it a bit like paying for the ambulance or fire service- you’re even happier if you pay and you don’t have to use them!

Support Pricing

Open mSupply is free, and you can download and use it without any license fees, except you still need an mSupply central server, for which there are license fees. When we have funding, we’ll rewrite our central server and then there will be no license fees for a complete Open mSupply system.

Support, however, is not free.
We’ll be publishing our support charges here once their finalized. In the meantime, please contact us for pricing.
